Rebekah joined DWR in 2010. She has a particular interest in endocrinology and enjoys nursing critical care patients.
Bekah’s career started in a small first opinion practice as an auxiliary nurse in April 2005, where she spent 5 years and completed her Veterinary Nursing training.
She knew she wanted to move into referral nursing and in 2010 a position became available at DWR as an Internal Medicine Nurse where she gained many skills, in Anaesthesia, Oncology, Cardiology and Endocrinology.
After four years she was able to progress her career by taking on a Nurse Manager role. In undertaking this role, she came to realise her passion was in people management, then in January 2023 she was offered the role of Nurse Team Leader – Procedures, where she is able to support nurses in the areas she has gained experience in, over the past 13 years.
