We have a dedicated Case Management team and client care colleagues, who are there to ensure that your client’s and their pet’s journey through our referral centre is seamless, from the first phone call or greeting at reception through to the safe discharge of their pet.
We never forget that our clients are your clients, and we want them to have an experience that reflects well on us both. Our client care colleagues are also there for you, to ensure when you refer a case whether routine or an emergency it is dealt with efficiently and you are communicated with throughout.
